This college has certain goals and objectives which inspire every member of this institution to work sincerely and put in his or her best efforts for attaining those goals. The primary objective is promotion of the locality, with particular stress on female education. Students belonging to minority community and the SC/ST students are taken special care of during admission and are encouraged to pursue higher education.

A large portion of the population of the locality comprises people belonging to minority community. Hence one of the primary motives of the college is to maintain communal harmony among the students and make the atmosphere of the college congenial for everyone.
The above-mentioned objectives are fulfilled by continuous co-operation and perfect co-ordination among the three indispensable units of the College Teachers, Council, Non-teaching Staffs and Students, Union. The college boasts of these three essential units whose unstinted support and
enthusiasm would help the college to flourish further day by day.

The college is interested to introduce a few subjects in near future. Those are Microbiology and Bio-technology. Keeping in mind the rural unemployed youth, the college also plans to introduce vocational education.

The institution would soon develop into Centre of  Excellance after the Newtown Project of HIDCO is complete. In near future we intend to establish connection with Corporate houses which would facilitate modern education in our college and make our dream come true.
